ok he started the diag last night. seemed it had some bad gas in the tank that took out the plugs so he changed them and put in a new 255 pump and the thing fired right up!!! he called me a bit ago and said there is a slight misfire so im goin to look at it tonight. this thing will be a full drag setup within a few weeks so the tear down will begin!

what did he get it for? sure hate to c another fbody tore apart for the strip

i dont know what yall guys talking about the car is still in the car lot i guess no one has bought it i pass aroung 7pm and the car was still there i'm only like 3-5 minutes away thats how i know they havent sold it yet

ive been to that car lot before to look at an orange f150 with 90k miles they were selling for $3500. I showed up there and the truck was spray painted orange, the bed was green, the door jams were red and the truck was falling apart. They had over 10 pictures on the website and none of them showed any of this horrible paint. There is a back yard behind the shop full of wrecked trucks and other cars so i have no doubt this one is a flunkie car from the multiple auto auction places down the street from the dealership.
If there are 4 auction houses, over 10 dealers, and this one is the only one on a half acre of land with gravel for a lot you can bet they are the ones buying the bottom of the barrel
If they are selling it for $4 grand its because the motor is seriously messed up and the body is trashed. But hey have fun its an a4 98 trans am, i sold one three months ago running for $4k
