He was registered as a driver for the car. But they wanted to get the record then he was to take the wheel. I believe after Josh saved the car with flat tires at >215mph, he was going to leave it to the pros until the car was proven.
Dont get me wrong, if I was spending the money I'd want to be the one driving it, but some people have different goals.
