Believe it or not, if I was looking for your criteria, I would buy a Ford Fusion. I had one for an entire week and all I have to say is Wow. Its really nice. Check it out. I got killer milage and the pick up was actually respectable.

DicN, I understand what you're saying, but warranty or no warranty, I'd have to be having constant problems regardless if I'm not working on it or paying for it. Like my '06 Duramax I'm about to trade in or sell out right, I haven't had a lick of trouble with it in the 5 1/2 years that I've had it other than having to replace a couple of glow plugs.
HTX, and the Hyundai Sonata.
-Ross-, I'm going to look at the Fusions now, I'm sure they have a non-hybrid version.
Randy_S, I'm not cool enough for a moped.
GTRACER88, as mentioned above, I'm going to check them out now.
Donohue96M6Z28, woah woah woah! Those aren't the wheels I saw in person the other day, nor are they the wheels you see in the commercials or online! I'm not saying they're drastically different, but they look better than the ones I was referring to.
EDIT: Ah hah! I was looking at specifications for exterior on the Optima and it shows 2 types of 18" wheels! Sport and Luxury. The one you posted is the Luxury wheel included in the Touring Package.
EDIT: I just viewed the Fusions online and it's not going to be an option. The only one that meets my criteria in fuel efficiency other than the hybrid which isn't an option is the S. That just so happens to be the lowest grade trim and you don't have the options to deck it out. So it would be a very plain Fusion just to get the fuel economy.

Basically you have your mind set on the Hyundai. Just buy it.
It would be pretty fucked up if it doesn't get the advertised MPG...since thats been your breaking point on all other models.

It's between the Sonata and Optima really, but I'm leaning more towards the Sonata. I haven't seen the SX in white with the Luxury wheels, so my final decision isn't quite made. But I agree with you, I'd be pissed if it doesn't get what it advertises.

TXZ28LS1, the Camry was an option and does fit into the criteria, but it's not that stylish to me. I'll have to see them in person to make a final decision, but I wasn't impressed from the online photos. The Maxima however doesn't fall into this category because it only gets a best of 26 mpg highway.
HTX, yes I have narrowed it down to 2 cars myself, but I'm open for options/opinions/suggestions.

Vehicle Salesman and/or Experts:
How can vehicles be sold at invoice?
Do the dealerships or sales staff still make money?
Can vehicles be sold below invoice?
How is this possible?
Do all vehicles have advertising fees?
If so, can they be done away with?
Transportation/Destination Fees: Can they be done away with?
If cash is involved for the purchase of the vehicle, is there extra room for price?

They will always make money if it "sells below invoice" because they get kickbacks for volume sells. They are in it to win it, so don't believe all what the vultures say.
Cash or loan doesn't matter they get paid, but they would rather finance you so that the finance department can get their cut as well.

Loan will typically give them more flexibility on the price because on top of volume, they hope to make more on the back end with the interest (self finance obviously) - We had an extra $4,000 taken off the only car we bought brand new because we agreed to finance through them. We were already at "invoice" and way below MSRP and Sticker. We took the extra $4k off and then 28 days later paid the car off in full.
