I mean really guys? He asked for help in the title and in the op but gets 5 pages of chewing out the idea and everything he's done yet you all still get butt hurt because he's not accepting your negative BS?
Honestly OP, just go to a real professional shop and pay them to do it right and follow the progress every step of the way. That looks like your only out!

True bro a body shop could do it for about 400$ non painted I have a full aftermarket front lip & W68 rear lip shaved, drilled, tapped. on bolted on aftermarket sideskirts for 550$ If i were you -> Since Most people aren't. Helping you the way you want and bashing you stop by a local body shop or aamco take your laptop or cell phone pics And ask them for tips or pointers most people will give out the info.
Why would you start working on something permanent like this without knowing what to do or reading up and asking around first? Also if the flares are drilled in and glassed over all you have to do is sand refill crack or rips with more fiberglass
Sand smooth again then body filler sand fill any cracks or rips with more body filler sand smooth and primer.

i see what you are trying to do, but like mentioned with it being a solid axle car you will really need to make sure that it has the clearance. unfortunately for us ******** who bought vette's , their suspensions tuck the top of the tire in when they squat allowing clearance for the tire/fender. and with the power you are making weight transfer is going to be an issue. last time i was in your car it seemed to hook well, idk about with the new engine, lol. i don't want to come across as someone say not to do it, just throwing my $.02 in. hope it works out for you.. and fiberglass is a bitch. really make sure whoever does it know wtf they are doing. even if its going to a corvette shop. i have to buy a new hood if i ever want mine to be right.. it will bubble and crack if not done perfect or the paint wont stick to it..

Just based off the pictures of what you roughed in on the first post, it looks most like the neon IMO. I'm interested to see the finished pics, any time frame from the body shop?
