Guys, I'm sure a lot of you have heard about the 15 year old girl that was run down by a skinhead piece of **** and left to die in a ditch in Dayton last weekend. That was one of my best friends' daughter. He's a real close friend of mine, and I know all of his kids very well.
He's also a member here, by the username Big Chuk. Here's the thread to when he sold his Firehawk a while back. Some of you will probably remember it, a lot of you posted in it, even Nine Ball.

Here's the problem. They only charged that guy with criminally negligent homicide, and even worse, they only charged his girl with filing a false police report. They MURDERED a helpless 15 year old girl that was simply walking down the road. She's already out of jail, and with a $30,000 bond, he only has to come up with $3k and he could be out at any time. Why they even gave him a bond, nobody can really figure. He's already an ex convict with a record including indecency with a child.
The parents set up a petition to get his bond revoked. We need 2,000 signatures ASAP. Please help us, it only takes a couple of minutes of your time, and it's for a very good cause.

signed it my cousin was killed many yrs back by a 17yr old drunk driver and he only got 5 yrs for accidental vehicular manslaughter, i dont know whats wrong with the judicial system now a days

After becoming a father in November I made a vow that if someone ever severely hurt or much worse, killed my daughter, I would put a bullet in their brain. Reading this story is very sad and brings tears to my eyes. I hope the piece of **** that did this get what he deserves. I signed it as well.

I can't believe they would even CONSIDER letting this piece of **** out of prison. This is Texas, we need the death penalty in this one. If he gets out, you better believe he's as good as dead anyways. Who would viciously murder an innocent child?
