STOLEN Green 2002 Tahoe on Polished GMC 20s My gf's 2002 Green Tahoe sitting on Polished 20 GMC Rims. Truck was stolen today at Hawaiian Falls in Garland.

They just recovered it! All we know is the steering column is busted. The found it in Dallas at 2200 Block Wisconsin St in Dallas, The kicker is the truck is still sitting on its rims.
Now we have to go downtown tomorrow at 10 am and pay $150 Tow Fee and what ever the pound fee is. My only question is the truck drivable with a busted steering column

Never heard of that...seems a bit off. But look at the bright side, if they weren't quick enough to get the wheels they must have not got much else. Seems like young kids.

Tahoes are stolen all the time. Some punk tried to steal mine in daylight in west plano parked in front of the willow bend mall. Luckly I came out while he was in it in the process of stealing it. I was so close to breaking his legs by slamming the door shut on him. His look out saw me coming and yelled to him before I had a chance to get him. The Plano police said Tahoe and Denalis are #1 for getting jacked. Sorry about you bad luck I'll keep my eye's open in Mckinney/Frisco.

I am hoping there is $7500 in damage, But I figure the rims & Tires at best are $2000.
The radio $350
The Steering Column $700 at best if that.
Bumper $500
Provided there is nothing wrong with the motor! Also I bought the OEM replacments from a Private person. I do have a recipet from the person. But not sure if Progressive will cover it!
