I just threw one away that i made back in college. I welded the cam to a crank pulley, put a lamp kit at the top and put a black lamp shade on it. I held the lamp shade on with a turbo compressor wheel.

good idea, i've got a couple mustang cams in the garage that i could maybe finally use... but, i don't think their hollow :/

i made this a few months ago, when i bought my 5.3, my old lamp kinda broke, and i got creative with the stock cam and an LT1 timing gear.
