Looks sweet. You should have the bowl the other way so the light shines down on the cam...

ha! I was going to do this to the 5.3 cam I took out. I just didnt get to it yet. Looks nice, good job!

dumb question, did you run the wire through the cam or is it just on the back of it...

Nah the wire is through the cam.
And it's actually really sturdy, but I have a 2 1/2 year old son that I don't want to knock it over so I put it on the entertainment stand. Haha

Very cool.. I have a crank over here I've been thinking about using for a bird bath stand.. Too heavy for a lamp..

How did you drill out the middle to run the wire?
