Default could not pass it up "99HT Z28"

I bought it for $2500 interior is flawless...
clear title...
has a blown motor (busted rod and piston) everything is there from front to rear.

i just so happen to have a 2006 LQ4 with 42k miles, that will be receiving new springs,a baby cam new timing chain, and a 4200 stall converter from Performance Torque Converters of Texas http://www.greatconverters.com/.
i wont rebuild the 4l60as,just because i have a t350 sitting in the shop with a converter as well.
new 255 walbro pump and a hot wire kit for the pump as well, ebay headers,B&M trans cooler, new energy suspension inserts, and all new exhaust
this bish should run and sound GOOD.
for the time being i will be running the stock Ls1 intake, for the simple fact that every damn time a LS6 intake comes available its freaking GONE.. quick
thanks
Ed

Exclamation and it begins

pulled the motor and it has a busted rod and it poked a small hole in the side of the block and a big hole in the bottom of the pan,no big deal though, i will just set it to the side a repair it later.
the 6.0 (Lq4)is completed with new springs and cam,headers,ls1 intake etc etc, nothing special.
i know i know, mill the heads and blah blah but it is a low mileage motor and i didnt want to break it open, hell i didnt even pull the starter off of it.
tomorrow im going to clean up the bay and tunnel tad bit. then when i lower the k member i am going to pressure wash it again and make it look good and clean.

Well the car has 83k miles, and the interior is extremely clean so is the exterior.

as far as the Ls6 intake, right now isnt good timing for me,thanks though.

Would have finished to day but I screwed up and didn't check converter to flex plate bolt holes...
I left the 4l80 flexplate on the motor, and I have a 4l60 converter. Bolt holes are different.
Damn it.......

damn what a pain in the ***.
you would think i was rebuilding a tinker toy set....
got the flexplate put in,thanks to KYLE at THOMPSON MOTORSPORTS for hooking me up with one at a damn good price..
that KYLE guy is a straight up dude...... "GREAT GUY" cannot say enough about him.
anyone thats has any bad dealings with him has issues with everyone anyways.
i guess my arms and hands are just to big.
i put in new poly mounts and the motor mounts dont allow the transmission to drop down enough to get my hands and arm in to those tight places
i got extensions swivels etc etc.....
still a pain in the ***.
quick connect clips on the transmission lines, HOLY ****.....
anyways i got it all put together.
just gotta get THE MUFFLER KING https://ls1tech.com/forums/member.php?u=128217 to finish off my exhaust......
thanks
Ed

What city do you live in, just curious? And DAMN, I wish I had seen this thread before, I would have loved to come out and help you with this, I've been busting my ***** trying to find someone doing an LQ4/9 swap into an Fbody, I want to do one myself, but I don't know anybody in the DFW who knows anything about engines, and I've never done it before either and want to learn as much as possible

*sigh*

It lives.....
Damn this car put up a good fight.
Water pump leaked.
Injectors that I got leaked.
Down by the intake/bung area.
The rails and injectors, I pulled them bitches out along with the professional products rails(pp rails was not the issue). So i put the stock rail back on with green tops and all is well now.
She sounds like an open header bracket car. Lol......
