The Jury Duty Garage is at 1401 Congress St. It's only open M-F, 6am-5pm I believe.
The Toyota Center Garage roof also makes a great skyline shot. But, it also is only open to parking during Rocket Games and concerts. I have gotten up there a few times during random times by tipping the security guy at the gate. They're usually cool if you approach them the right way.

Hey buddy that was me. I don't remember seeing you but I've stopped looking for other ls1techers cause normally when I see a 4th gen its a v6 with a girl in it or with chromed out brake lights lol. I'll keep an eye out for ya what's your car look like?

Stock 30th anniv TA and a black 02 Formula Firehawk. Also got some older Pontiacs. Live at Louetta and TC Jester.
The SS looked awesome- color fit the car very well and looked to be done nicely

I see nice cars all the time coming home from work.
- saw a Black V wagon with black wheels and paper plates a few days ago on 146 and 330.
- loud orange gto with no hood in my neighbor hood i see often.. rio villa
- about a week ago i cruised with another platnium V in laporte coming home from work had blacked out badges. on bay area all the way to underwood.

Saw a few nice cars around HEB at I-10 and Fry Road this morning.
Nice sounding 5.0 (it happens).
Red Firehawk driven by a guy with killer sideburns (I always liked the red ones. Firehawks not sideburns)
A couple SRT / RT challengers.

Saw a nice black 98-02 TA Firehawk headed west on Louetta at Kuykendahl.
I was in a Blue 70 GTO Judge.
Might have been the guy I bought my 30th from? His dad lives in my hood and has a black Firehawk
