Official Houston Area LS1tech sighting thread! I was on Spring Cypress & Grant and a 98-02 Dark Blue SS gave me a rev but I was in the turning lane
. It had a silver hood scoop that looked like it was a kit but it was clearly an SS.
Anyone from here?

It was a young looking white kid... if he's in the area I am sure i will see it again. Too bad, guess I just need to race Blackfly one day so i can judge my HP.

I dont know, you can try.... but it was worth it to me. The guy said he was only going to make a few of them and sell them here and there so he can keep them rare but you will never know unless you try. Its worth a shot.
I had to look thru my paypal history in order to locate the receipt for it.
He said he only made about 200 of them when I got mine so he might make you one for the right price. Also if you google "superhawk hood" the images of the black trans am in the snow was his assistants and thats how they checked the fit of it before they shipped it, that way they knew it was correct. Not to many people do that these days.

No man you didint! That from what I hear is a horrible hood. Just from what I have read. Your hood is the real deal. Im talking to a guy right now. About the same price but I say its totally worth it. Dose your hood have a signature on it or some kind of marking on it showing its maker? Sorry Im just in a chase for this hood lol So Im asking questions about it left and right.
. I would love to get this in some hands but I know it was a guy in Pennsylvania that was crafting these in his shop. I know he was doing them himself becuase I actually talked to him on the phone a few times. He said he wanted photos once its painted so he could post them but I changed jobs, got married, bought a house, change jobs again... etc... basically never got it done until about 2 months ago. Let me see what i can do here. I have the paypal receipt still so let me try thru there.

I saw a nice Black T/A on 249 at the Transmission shop off perry/grant area. The rims on this car were sick looking from a distance. Nice ride to who ever owns it.

Holy crap....330pm Friday I saw a black SS with nice chrome wheels in the HOV lane but it had some ugly *** euro style tail lights in the rear. That looks effed up to me, please change them back, seriously.... What were you thinking?

Every time I drop off my clothes at the dry cleaners off of Clear Lake City blvd (same parking lot as the huge Remax building) I see a white ws6 on chrome zr1s. Looks very clean, reminds me of my last 2001. Anyone on here? Or does anyone know who it belongs to?
