Sanchez flusters me a bit...
I mean he was born in the states, He was educated in the states, He played football at a US college, Why the hell should he be representing the mexican flag???
It just seems disrespectful to me. Maybe he is just a big Mexico soccer fan??

I understand about being proud of your heritage and all but why not show more pride in your country?
It's all good it just frustrates me a bit.
Therefore it doesnt matter where he grew up or went to school.

Sanchez is third generation mexican american. When does it just turn american??
I've always thought its been weird to be so out going and prideful about something you have no control over. Now being appreciative of parents or ancestors sure, but I've always done such things in a quiet and subdued manner. I don't need to wear flag tshirts and other crap to show my family I love, respect, and appreciate them.
Pride can be, and usually is a bad thing.
P.S. my joke was to make him seem like a poser. I know what heritage is.
