I'll probably be in the same boat soon. I'm going to try for 5.9-6.0 all motor in my GTO at around 110.

gotta watch out for that 4th gear!! IIRC it made 5XX in his posession and the guy he sold it too said it made 7XX with the boost turned up....i could be wrong though....

i'm really just doing this to bust his *****. Props given to a budget home made kit that made descent power. But it wasn't anything to get over hyped about then, nor now.

Yes sir, that was one of the baddest races I have ever been in. Like I was saying it felt like a title fight everytime one of us shifted as we would bump each other a bit. VERY even race. 12psi feels great but like always, there's room for more.

Johnny's Z06 is NO slouch! Sounds incredible, but then again a procharged Z06 making 650rwhp is hard to keep quite!

Procharged D1SC Z06 vs. T76 FM SS = Damn good race and we will get the next one on video and hopefully I will be on 15psi and MAYBE edge him out. I am pretty sure we were about the same power level as I was running on 12psi.

I felt like a small time celebrity at the meet as everyone walked up on how it was the "turbo car on Tech". Very cool feeling.

You going with the 88 rear mount?

You guys are funny. I know my stuff was somewhat slow compared to stuff now. Throwing coals on the fire..

Damn, JP, you keep a damn file on me? remember, that was a daily driver, not going to bust the 10 bolt and tow it home. 100mph trap speed was decent. lol

I can't wait to pull my home made junk out of the garage and put it up against $100k shop builds. I ain't scurred...

Oh and Dan, I agree with JP, dont embarrase yourself with comments. A stalled auto with boost from a roll is siiiick.

lol.100 might have been descent for you, but not to the genreal public around here. My Neon trapped 94mph back in 2006. whooptie do. No file necessary just your own 5+build page that you documented everything on and I dont fall into a 100k shop build, i fall into a budget 5 year build. lol rolling stock 317 heads FTW!

How long untill I get to drag you silly?

It's nice to have a fairly small budgeted car run with some folks who spent high dollar ****. While some of the looks deparment might not be there, function over fashion. I'm torn on that though because it has to at least look decent. lol Either way, getting that **** done is what it's about.

I loved when I was running my car constantly. A streetable car that was fairly quick for what it was.

I've got a sub 100k build that I'd put up against your garage build if you'd like? Hell my bolt on CTS-V traps well over 100mph in the 1/8th on 18's LMFAO

if you want to see what real power is go listen to your old videos and listen how long it takes to climb through the rpms between shifts....

then watch this one. see the difference? :p
