I have to disagree. I had a spec stage 3 in my 408 camaro and i loved it. I have a monster stage 3 right now in my heads and cam car. To be honest i like the spec better. But everyone has diff opinions. The only reason i bought a monster is because i jumped on the ls1tech "bandwagon". but dont misunderstand me, the monster is ok.

IMO clutches are hard to critique b/c it depends on how the driver uses the clutch. example would be trying to compare the longevity of brake pads. depends on the driver.
so that being said, I've owned nothing but spec clutches and none had any chatter after 500 mile break in. my spec 3 held 800ft/lbs and dozens up 5krpm dumps at the track. bitch never slipped once. i currently have a 3+ and its holding up just fine.

It's cammed gears intake. To much power for the ram. Up graded trans. Just gonna get ls7 and put it in I found new era to have a good price . I drive it daily. I have a grand national that's a garage queen. But since I gotta save up for the clutch gonna have to drive it to work. Car had a spec clutch In it when I got it. My friend mike told me about ram. Second ram clutch . Now I'm gonna go with ls7 . I've heard great things and it has held up to 600 plus hp. And that's what I need .

my buddies cammed 02 w/ 4.30 gear full bolt on ran 11.19 w/ the ls7 but it did not last but a few races on drag radials before it was slipping. it's cheap for a reason and he said the assemble was heavy compared to stock. they hold up on high hp street cars on street tires.

They work on DDs with street tires, maybe some racing if car is light. They will not hold up with slicks and any real power especialy in a heavier car. I know the price is tempting thats why it went in my buds car.
