No front plates law removed by mistake?

Good. It's a stupid damn law and only issuing one plate saves money for the state too.

Been driving for 2 years with no front plate and been past cops alot. Never had an issue. Its nice to see it dropped tho.

The way that article is worded, its not about front plates, they wouldn't be able to ticket you if you weren't running any plates at all. I'm sure they'll correct the situation

I know. I just like watching people on here get worked into a frenzy over the idea of being required to run a front plate.

Still law. I had a legal update class in Sept. and it wasn't changed. Although now you do have to change lanes, or slow down for tow truck operators/wreckers as you have to for police making a stop on the side of the highway.

that's because it won't take effect until Jan 1st

There wasn't any mention of it in our 2011 legal update class for 2011/2012. I'd have remembered that part for sure.

Now I cam drive without my front plate and not worry about it (I was never issued one)
