Yes insurance will fix it(it might be totaled) but dont tell them you did it there get it towed to your house and tell them you slid into a curb. Same as a drag stip get it towed home and tell them you crashed.

Doesn't matter. They have to cover it.Company might drop you after the fact though. On a side note, looks to me he knew he was coming around to where his buddy was filming him and decided to try and kick the car out some. Sucks !

Auto-X is a lot of fun, don't knock it until you've done it. You can actually improve your driving skill by doing it. Something most kids don't take seriously nowadays, actually becoming a good driver in all aspects.
Not knocking auto x at all. I have tried it and actually think its more of a rush than drag racing. With that said I still feel a parking lot such as that is absolutely no place for it.

I was wondering why the c6 was wearing a ninja mask? Maybe didn't want to be recognized?

Not everyone is broke brah. Sure the guys that are like me can't do this without crying if it happens but plenty of people have more than enough money to not worry about wrecking a car like this.

You dont think there might be 80 other pictures and vids of the same event? Get real. He was racing at a legal venue and had an accident, it happens. We had a s2000 at a local auto-x do the same thing here a few years ago. I lost it in a local auto-x in my protege years back, I got lucky and got it slid to a stop before hitting anything (I was headed towards the timing boxes which are $$$$) besides a few cones.

As far as insurance, no they will not cover it. Unless you buy special insurance from companies like haggerty, all insurance is for the street only. Any competition or exhibition use wrecks are not covered by normal insurance.

If you don't want your tag to end up on public video, then remove your tag before doing anything which may cause you legal problems. It's a public venue and he has no expectation of privacy. What he works out with the videographers is up to him.

If money wasn't an option, you wouldn't be driving a crappy white c6.
