does anyone know the c6 owner? my buddy will be back in town tomorrow and i think it may be his old car, he can tell me i think. if thats the case, then its a firefighter in the woodlands, but i dont know for sure right now.

Am I the only one disappointed the filming stopped that far away? Guess the driver is video taping it and has to worry about braking and such, but I'd have loved to have seen him keep taping as he rolled up on the scene.

I can't believe the cops can arrest em off a video on the net. I see that more and more but just don't belive it. I would think you could destroy that in court....
Granted I'm by no means saying they are right in what they did and they should take it to the track, but comeon we all know it happens and we have all done it once in our life....

I had to tape a person performing a job task as a piece of evidence in a labor dispute. The video could only be allowed as evidence if I testified as to its authenticity. The defense crossed and tried to discredit me and the video.

They can certainly use that video as evidence. It showed the street signs, giving the location. It showed their license plates, and the video camera likely recorded the time. Also, since there was an officer called in, they have an incident report that links both of these cars together on that road.
This is no different than using a store security camera to catch thieves.
