I don't have the brother here to do my usual **** talking to while working on the car, so had to do something to keep me entertained. It's hard to con friends to work on a car in this weather.

Regardless big props to all you guys at LMR and Andrew for setting the bar for the ZR1 guys. I miss the LSx/Mustang world a lot. Easier to work on and can be made a lot faster without replacing EVERYTHING!

Yall have any video of this "10.40 pass"? Just curious because i heard the blue vette was having a hard time getting in the mid 10's. Videos of the 10.40 pass?

I am a personal friend of Andrew's......

I was just curious to who was driving the car, albeit him or someone else.

Get off his dick bro.

i think alot of people think you can just jump in a vette and run a good time. NOT i dont know what it is about them but they are hard to 8th mile. you have to find there sweet spot.

Congrats Andrew!

Ok guys, been working on the 5 speed swap in the 69 Camaro and haven't had a chance to jump in. Was a great day in the end at the track. Had a few problems with engine reducing power due to the throttle bottle. Luckily we had the stock one with us to swap out and it made the day better. Guys, the goal for the track rental was to get the ZR1 record and run away with it. It took longer because of the issues but in the end we got it. Between Joe and Steven they figured it out took some time but got there. I had full intensions of driving at the end, but we were to close. There is a 9.50 in the car but it will have to wait until we do it again. Thanks again to all the LMR guys for making it happen.

To everyone else including Bully, Big Bronco(He is A friend Geoff) Jay, Powell and others thanks for all the kind words. Powell, car is still on the trailer but you can run by anytime you want. And if you need to use the lift just hit me up(I have real tools).

One more thing to everybody, If you guys want to go in and rent the track as a group, it is a great thing to due. Just a bunch of car guys having fun legally and talking a little smack.

Bully, yes the blue vette ran mid 10's in the mid-high 140's range, just couldn't get out of the gate.

I have no problems with anybody on this site and plan on keeping it that way.

FYI, if anybody wants to do a track rental with us, shoot me a pm and I will mark it down. Powell and LP need to bring Herbie and Herbie jr. out, would like to see them turbo Porche's bring in the huge speeds.

So much drama. Nice running car Andrew, get behind the wheel and conquer that thing so people quit crying about it. All you need is seat time.
