She won last year right?? I think they just felt sorry for all the other girls and wanted another girl to win. lol She was by far the best looking one.
Just so everyone know I didn't even know the girls name in the picture just saw her and knew she looked the best lol

actually i didnt event place last year... Julie Fultz won this year and last year, shes awesome btw, i got second and yes Brittney Layne got 3rd. There were tons of really pretty girls so i know they had a tough decision and the lady running the contest said that the scores were super close. Probably not much of a points difference in whomever came in top 6 or so im sure.
