I use B of A for everyday use, and business use is a local bank. My wife use to work for Wells Fargo back in her HS days. All banks are the same in my eyes. SHITTY, they all have problems. I keep saying when I hit the lotto I'm switching banks, just to which one I don't know.. Bank of safe in my closet I guess....

We use to have BOA and I hated them from the start. We switched to USAA and were BOA free until they bought our home loan and then had to deal with them for that finally sold that house and we are FREE!!! USAA has been great, they are awesome and have GREAT customer service. Also got a savings with RBFCU and they have been great too, no complaints.

Credit Unions are where it's at I have always delt with a CU, even the small home town ones and they are the best no one can match their rates for loans.

Just about everyone has said use a CU, I do and its great. I have a chase account because of my travel situation so I need something that will be located where I got. Other than that, CU hands down.

I'm going to a CU tomorrow. I went to use my card today and wasn't approved because BOA locked my account. They told me again it was a computer system problem.

**** BoA - they took over my home loan from Countrywide and from day one it has been a nightmare. They tried to raise the interest rate until I, the customer, had to show them that the rate was fixed. I attempted to change my due date and even made an extra payment to avoid a late penalty but nope, got the penalty anyway. Trying to refinance with a local credit union and theyre making it as difficult as possible, even threatening to sue me for breach of contract. Since Im military, my loan is assigned to a military-specific loan 'specialist' that has yet to return a single call. Noone else can help me when I call one of their dozen numbers and every person that answers transfers me to the 'specialist' who is never in and has never answered her phone. Three years and at least a hundred voice messages and I still have never spoken with my loan 'specialist'. If anyone works for BoA and knows Felicia Sparks, please tell her to return a ******* message

Chase isnt much better - back last year when Obama took back half our paychecks, my wife was at the mall with our kids clothes shopping. Roughly twenty purchases totaling under $200. However, when the money got taken out, Chase hit us with twenty $35 overdraft fees. Nevermind we had another checking and savings acct linked to that one. They still wanted their $700 - local branch mgr said she could waive one but the rest were out of her hands. They have a $1000 limit per atm, per day limit so with the help of google maps, I found every chase atm in this city and completely drained both accounts leaving $3.20 in one. The other still, to this day, has a -$700 balance. **** 'em

Another vote for local credit unions - we use Aggieland CU which is a part of Greater Texas Federal CU. Great people that have always treated us with the upmost respect

You need to put a fraud alert on your account.. Have them close your account stop messing with them. If money is coming out of your account like that someone has your bank info close it...

They will understand... I have had my identity stolen twice... I know this game very well.

David call me tonight...

Wells Fargo, it's alright I guess........I have family that work for them so it makes banking slightly easier. Still they charge me some bullshit fees though.
