a few months ago i had this problem or something similar. security light was on, then off then always on. then sometimes didnt start. months later my alarm would go off for no reason or if the remote got too far from the car. out of curiosity i pulled the shock sensor out the car, where t
he spare tire and speaker is, security lights off no more problems EVER.

having kinda the same issue. I just installed a wolfe cage in my car with the bars going through the speaker covers and i had to move the shock sensor. I havent had a chance to check it yet but ill see in the morning.

My only thing is the alarm had been going off for the past couple nights at work and when i got in the car to go home, it would take a few mins and it would fire up like nothing wrong with it. Ive never heard my alarm just go off on its own and I keep it in the shop. I have a guy living in the apartment over my shop, I think if the alarm was going off in the middle of the night he would have mentioned it by now haha.

I looked around & I dont see any pinched wires. The Tech2 scanner doesnt show any indications of anything either.

Do everything everyone has said. Re-check fuel pressure. Don't assume new = good.

The last thing we did was swapping out the pcm but still the car didnt start either but yesterday I went outiside to check again if any cables had gotten lose & before deciding on taking off the starter to recheck the CrankShaft Position Sensor.I went ahead & tried to turn the key & wow the car turned on. I went outside again today & it works!

I still want to know what was causing this issue? The PCM maybe?

Sounds like a Crank Posistion sensor, i rebuilt my motor a few years back and took about 10 days to find out it wouldnt start due to the crank posistion sensor!

It will give out very little spark and i noticed my fuel pump wasnt pumping when i turned the key on..

Located on the passenger side of the block behind the starter.

wow NVM didnt even read the post on this 2nd page....congrats on the start!

Problems almost never resolve themselves, I'd want to know the issue.

Im wondering if it was the little black wire by the starter. That is a pretty important ground.
