Default tool box or dumpster?

saw this on CL, figured some would get a laugh, it looks like a dumpster to me rather than a tool box.

These are Job Boxes that are used by a lot of Construction workers to lock and secure their tools and equipment. There at 99% of the construction projects you would go on.

Haha like others said, pretty normal, but I guess I never saw one till I worked at a construction site.

Don't know if I would want one on wheels, though. I prefer mine bolted to the floor in the shop..
