my flexplate came apart and took out a bunch of **** on new years eve of 2010 when i was home on leave, so i had to fly back to california and leave the car in victoria until a few months ago when i got stationed in san antonio.

i put LS3 heads on my LQ4 with .040 gaskets and a 226/231 .600.600 114 comp cam. i also had my street fighter 3500 rebuilt to factory specs. from what i can tell, it's a great converter for the money.

it runs amazingly considering the fact that i havent changed the IFR tables for bigger injectors... havent even hooked the laptop up to it yet!

you put in bigger injectors and didnt tune for them? sounds like a good way to ruin a new motor

 

it's just richer. i went from 36# to 39#. i intend to tune it before doing any serious driving.

i was with them from 09-11.

 

you got there when i got out. i wasnt in 3/7 but i had a few friends in there.
