IPhone 5?
What phone did you get?
Funny commercial! But having had both Samsung phones in the past and a PREVIOUS "IPhone killer"(HTC EVO), Ill stick with my Iphone 4s. Unquestionably more reliable, bug free, faster, and tougher. Id had made my life a lot easier and saved money had I just went IPhone 4yrs ago instead of resisting for fear of being a fanboy.
Thats what I have right now. Dont think I will be making the switch this time around. I went and checked the Iphone 5 out this weekend and was not impressed. I have been a long time Iphone user and when I switched to the S3 I did not like it at first but now with a update I received I am liking it more and more. No more dropped internet connection was the biggest thing for me.
5 million iPhones sold in 2 days (10 million if you count pre-orders), 20million S3s sold since they were released 3 months ago. The S3 is a great phone, but in the end you have to remember money is the reason these things are made.
surely you aren't arguing that these numbers speak to the iphone's superior quality. granted, they are nice phones, but i contend that those sales figures are more a product of blind brand loyalty and the need for " iBling status" than the phone itself. you can put an " i " in front of anything and millions of dumbasses world wide would buy it simply because it's trendy.

Um.. they did perform. They didn't sell. That's my point....
I'll prefer android over iOS simply because it has more features. It can do more, and always will as long as Apple keeps the source closed. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the design of the iPhone, it looks and feels great, but the software just doesn't impress me that much anymore.
The only real differences between the iPhone 4S and the iPhone 5 are so minimal I could never justify upgrading if I were a current iPhone user. 200mhz faster processor and an extra row of icons at the bottom?? New connector that I'll now need an adapter for? IMO, there's nothing really beneficial or special about the iPhone 5, and if there is someone please point it out.

I like the S3 because of the bigger screen, unless you have little girlie hands the IPhone is for you...

LOL, my wife has been wanting to go to Verizon for a while so that she can get the IPhone and better service.
