LOL! His name is Jeff Coop who has been around forever, but unseen for the last few years. Last time I saw him was at BVI (Nick K and families company) working as a machinist, but this was 6-7 years ago. Since then I think he has become a MMA cage fighter?

He got a 2nd 224mph? Nice! I know he posted he went 224 but the crosswinds had gotten bad. If he got a second one even more awesome!

Yeah Chris, he backed it up according to Todd. 224.8 was the faster of the 224 passes. That is cooking.

LOL @ drama mongers. Give it a rest. The shops you guys are yapping about aren't even into the drama.

We have numerous GOOD shops in the Houston area, and I'm actually glad there isn't much shop vs shop crap here. For the most part, we've all known each other over a decade, and all hang out at the races together. I'd like to see it remain that way.

Congrats to everyone that set new records for themselves! Myself included (209.3)

Tony

I have to agree with Tony. Most of the shops get along. He'll at most events you will find the owners of the shops hanging out with each other. Last years mile you had fast lane, 510, lmr, strictly and gforce all having beers by a fire with zero drama!

We spent the entire TI bouncing around hanging out with everyone. Shops that I compete for records in Porsche stuff with, guys from UGR, and plenty of others. In person everyone is cool because the internet should never be taken serious. Matt was with me and you saw the amount of havoc we caused at TI LOL!

This is a thing we all do as a hobby. Even if you own a shop going to the event usually is for the fun part.

Matt made a statement and Jeff made it personal without a response. I stayed out of it because I wasn't brought up. If things got to personal I would jump in. I support whatever Matt says or does, he's family/bestfriend and he's the reason 90% of the time why my cars are up and running. There was no shop bashing done by him the names were brought up by Jeff.

Congrats to everyone on the awesome times. Though Tony if you wouldn't have had a clown shoe you would have gone at least 230 <3
