To paint my car and the trailblazer I used Oscar's Customs in La Porte, 832 247 6218. He uses house of kolors paint and it will run you about $2k. Heck he only charged my $500 to paint the ghost flames on my wife's tbss. Tell him Joe sent you.

Welsh Collision on Center Street does good work.
I have had some work done there as well, and was very happy with the outcome.
Talk to Brad.
Tell him Daniel Lovercheck sent ya.

Well I can't believe my reply to this thread was not deleted.. maaco ain't a sponsor.. since tech only wants it's sponsor name brought up.. I would take my car to maaco.. I just don't see paying several grand for a paint job unless I was building a show car or something.. my luck I would pay that high price for a paint job and on the way home from the shop a rock would chip the paint..

2 things...
#1 Materials are expensive as ****. When i painted my gbody cutlass ~6 years ago (outside only) its was right at a grand for materials.
#2 If you want a quality job cutting and buffing needs to be done also. Its almost impossible to get clear to lay out like glass straight from the gun keep that in mind.
I do my own paint/bodywork, but If i were to take it somewhere and their quote was under 25-3000 id walk away.
Remember that the base is just important as the clear. You can put high quality clear on top of **** base and it will still fade, discolor, etc, call the owner of SPI and ask him yourself. After figuring this out I ONLY spray dupont chromabase and SPI universal clear.
