That gray would look great on your black t/a. We were worried at first if we would even be able to tell if ours had the plasti-dip on it since its a dark color but the outcome was good.

I did the CETA mod this weekend and got worried when I pulled the tape and the edges were lifting. I ddi some trimming and I think it looks good. I used the rattle cans and it was a lot thinner then I expected even after 4+ pretty good coats. I'm guessing it'd go on a lot thicker applying it with the sprayer based on the videos.

My dailys wheels and front grill are done in the stuff. If left on for long periods of time and you prepped the surface with alcohol before you applied it its actually pretty tough to remove.

Hi all, been lurking the forum for awhile and this thread caught my eye. I have been using Plasti Dip for over a year now and have done many different projects with the stuff. I love the stuff I must say. Here's some pics of my car I dipped twice and several others I've done. Sorry for the large pics, I havent gotten around to resizing them yet. Good or bad, I welcome all opinions....

Oh, and a pretty good video of me taking it off a panel of my car and 1 while I was cruising, my buddy nicknamed it "The Great White Buffalo, lol"....If anyone is interested I can do all types of stuff. 2/3 tone, wheels, badges, heck I'm working on an urban camo theme for my DD Maxima, here's a pic of it so far...

And the videos
*Camera car is another GTO I regularly detail, it's an absolute beast. It's Plasti Dipped matte red at the moment

A question on this plastidipping thing. Would this work on a car trailer that has some rust on it and would it hold up?

Your better off using undercoat or tractor paint with a trailer.
