I think I just set the bar... First to ever get laid because of an ls1tech thread?

She loves to cruise/hang out in the garage/track/lsfest!! Doesn't mind me spending money on it and when the parts come in allows time to install them.
And I quote, "Why don't you show me how I like it!". LOL

I'm allowed to share.

I'll take credit for that since I started the thread.
Well I guess you get a partial credit since you knew what to say.
Does it count if the hubby got it twice a few hours ago and hasn't seen this thread?

My ex used to help me with little things that she could like handing me tools, scraping and sanding RTV off of parts I removed, organizing the parts and bolts as I removed them, holding light, and helping me find a small piece that my bear paws fumbled somewhere. Or she would just hang out and talk and keep me company while I was under the car wrenching or elbow deep in grease and whatever. It was nice.

We were going to move to Austin(where I am now) together but when we got here she couldn't handle the stress of being someplace new, having to get a job, and starting college all at once I guess. She flipped into a completely different person and was telling me she wanted to go back to a place that she begged me to take her away from... So I told her to go back. Life really can suck sometimes.

Seems women have a much harder time relocating than men do.

Not being sexist, just my experience.

Well that sucks man. But as you know and see, life does go on. Plenty of women out there willing to work on cars, help out or just plain keep you company. I hear that Austin is the place to be.

Yeah I like it here a lot! Only problem is I work between 60 and 80 hours a week and I am a college student. So I have no time basically.

Well heck you barely have enough time for yourself. Finish school, cont working and dont worry about women until you have time to dedicate to them.

Most girls I have dated I've kept the car stuff separate, most knew I had them but that was about it. I always drove the truck any way, none ever seemed to have an overwhelming interest in it. The Trans Am they just saw as an old car, Corvette I guess since it's newer they liked.
