Turbos classify as a "device" that reduces engine noise. I have a strait pipe from the turbo all the way to the back of the cab, and TXMVIS have not told me a thing about it.

I live in Lindale, and meters here will pass just about anything that comes through the door. Other than that, I’d suggest going to a sketchy place in North Tyler and handing the guy $20.
