Ive had 2 of them. 2000 and a 2004. Nice cars and cheap and easy to mod. Like f355bird said, mustang wheels will fit. Had bullits on my 2001 GT. They also have WS6 hoods for them. I had one on my GT

A buddy had a 02 GTP 4 Dr. Ran good, decent mileage. People call a cladded mobile but clean examples I think are really good lookin cars. His ran 13.9 @100 letting off 100ft before trap. Lol his first time at track. Had a homemade (home depot). 4" PVC fender well intake. Cat delete, u bend delete. This it, even kept stock mufflers. Decent daily for sure, if I didn't have my Impala. I would pick one up, that or Regal GS.

My wife had a 2000 Non supercharged. Loved it. Comfy car for sure! Window motors/regulators suck as bad as any 4th gen ever! All four windows, sunroof, AND AC went out the same summer one year . Traded it for a GTO. Now has a TBSS. Loves it but misses the pontiacs for sure!

I had a 1999 GP GTP Coupe from December 04 to January 05. Really nice car, and I enjoyed driving it. Got 29 to 32 mpg on the highway, and around 18-22 in town. I have seen these cars last forever. The 3800 is a very strong motor. I have seen guys with GP GTPs, for what ever reason, put Mustang wheels on there. From what I have seen, all Gran Prix use the 5x115 and G6s use a 5x110.
Like others have said, if it is clean and not been flogged all its life, it would be a great pickup for a DD. I would get one, but with the commute (either 75-85 or 120-130 miles round trip) I am going to be looking at when I move to California, I will want something that will get around 30 combined and take regular.

I was pondering getting the regular GT for a DD... but just coudln't bear the though of having to work on a FWD car, so I ended up with a V6 camaro to get the same motor (and shares almost all maintenance parts with the LS1 car)
