Default '13 Camaro ZL1 - TSP Cam, LPE Pulleys, Dirty Tune + More (Install Pics)

Thought I'd share some pics of a friend's ZL1 6-speed that I'm working on. So far he's already installed headers and intake. I'm installing a TSP LS3-B Blower cam, LPE pulleys, injectors, and then I'm going to give it a shot at tuning it. So far I've taken out the snout and dropped it off at Mark Shaner's to let him work his magic on it.
Before I started taking it apart, i logged it a few times. I noticed that with the intake and headers, the injectors were maxed out but was running a little rich. It pulled 10psi at WOT with the stock tune. I hadn't really been inside a 5th gen Camaro but man this car is smooth and comfy. It has my name written all over it

Time to join the 5th Gen crowd Dirty. We're getting older, we need some comfort to go with that speed now a days.

Have you upgraded the blower's cooling system yet?

You were doing good until you added this.
Dont let him polish it to a mirror finish like he does the tb's.

I'm assuming that would have negative effects?

Honestly, Im new to the 5th gen and S/C. I'm only helping him out cause he's a good friend and for the learning experience of course.
He did some research and brought me the parts and car. As far as the cooling goes, all we're doing for now is a 160* thermostat. I'll let him know to look into those things though.

Thanks

Yes that is correct. You would be better off not "porting" it at all.

If you have any questions about the tuning shoot me a text.

Uploaded some more pics. Cam is in. Still have to do the passenger side springs, spark plugs, injectors, super damper, button up everything and install all front accessories, and tune.

Finally finished the car!
Tune still has room for more power/tweaking. Overall, the car is running great though. Can't wait to put it on a dyno and get some track #'s.
