you want to make money, paper money?
stop ******* with cars and start working on commercial diesel pm, repair and air brakes.
theres some real money in semis and trailers. repair and maintenance.
sounds like u got the facility. i was makin close to 3k$ a week workin on forklifts and kenworth tractors. and various other types of commercial diesel vehicles and air brakes.
now thats a man size job. changing the starter on a kenworth when motor is still hot. or adjusting air brakes or even a oil change when those ***** are hot.
working on cars is like a vacation.

18 years.

Before I drive down there or even consider a discussion on wages I need to see some pics of the buildings. Mind you there isnt anyone that you currently employ or yourself that can out work me. Your description of the buildings seems like its an older area. How is the theft around there?

X2, brian is the man. If I remember right, I met him back when he was working on Dave Dokote's worlds faster LSX firebird.

Not trying to get deep into your financials, but how often do you clear $10k a week doing this?

13k in one week? In sure 80% of that wasn't profit. And low overhead? I truly doubt that. From your description you have enough room to be 5 shops. The cost of all those ammenities you have plus the shear size of the rental you should have plenty of overhead. But who knows. I can't sit here and say I do. I can just say go on with you bad self. Can't wait to see you outrun the Oklahoma boys with your fastest car in the world.

Can someone please insert the pic of the smiley faces holding signs saying all this BS is worthless without pictures

Theft...havent been broken into. I have 24 hour security in my buildings. And my area is commercial.
You have pictures and videos of your airplane/cars but none of this super shop that will make most performance shops look like Mom and Pops oil chance facilities.

If you are clearing 10-13k a week how come no one hears about your car builds? With that amout of volume someone has to be running the streets with a car you built.

I wonder if all of this is on SIMS. Can't you build your own towns and stuff like that?

Never said that mine make them look like a mom and pop shop.....Theres is very clean and much newer but very small. But they bring in alot of business. More than me. At my busiest I was bringing in that amount. It was actually quite shocking. As of now just between 5 jobs I have up there right now just sitting there in labor is well over $40k in labor. I bring in an average of $5-10k a month or more in profit. You are forgetting....we also do insurance adjustments. On average its $3500 for an accident on an insurance claim. We were putting out 3 insurance jobs a week at one point in 2012. Paint and body pays better than Engine swaps. We wlso just locked in a contract to paint 20 Ford Excursion Company vehicles owned by a local contractor. Its all smiles on my end cause I know what its paying And yyou dont. I bring in the jobs that pay and you dont hear about my builds cause alot of customers dont want everyone knowing what they are doing, and I dont advertise and show off all of my builds. Only some of them. You need the customers permission. We arent flashy...and not full time so cant put too much out there. But if you want....ill start posting more Of what we do. We have alot of pictures....we were just saving it for the website. Go to badboyracing-tx.com
There is a Caddilac I built on there and several others I think. Havent been on there much. My brother handles it. I tell ya what though....I consider my overhead low considering what I make. And for the size of my buildings....the rent has to be paid somehow...and if the rent and bills arent even putting a dent in the profit, we must be doing pretty good.

Making 10K a week is easy. Making 10K a week profit is not.
