Plausible. I buy the rest of it well with why he bought it as Im thinking of buying a 172 for the exact same reason. Save the money, get some equity while youre at it.

I have been in business for 18 years and I have seen numerous fly by night HACKS come and go. If you want to succeed then more power to you but you dont have to try to make people think you are god, because I can tell you right now you arent.
