Not really a story behind it. Half *** tuned my good friends C6Z when working at LMR. Car bucked and stalled. Had it re-tuned here local and after pulling a lot of timing back out, the car is night and day difference. Plus he had a shitty attitude, but maybe cause he was mad at LMR?, who knows.

U can hear a real loud rattle in 3rd n 4th gear while cruising. A normal manual trans does not sound like that

I doubt the shifter will make that noise. But it does vibrate hard.

Stiff poly bushings and aftermarket shifter? Both will transmit any internal trans noise. You should hear my TR6060 in the Viper, it sounds like a Pete Jackson gear drive. Loud.

Thats a pretty good answer but still doesnt explain the clutch sticking n burnt fluids. No one say its the driver cause hes a big rig driver for a living and has been driving 6spd cars for a long time. He was cutting 1.7 60ft prior to the swap now 2.1+ 60ft cause the clutch sticks

Not sure by that one video but seems like you were loading the car a little early, that would cause the fluid to appear "burnt". Too much load (higher gears at lower mph) causes this issue. Not saying that's what was done here but I'm sure you knew that. btw I'm no professional so take it with a grain. Good luck with those guys. I know Joe and co. will treat you right.

Yea they said to bring the car in for a full checkup on the tranny once back from florida so we are very happy that they are attempting to solve the problem.

I'm assuming it's the clutch fluid since the clutch pedal sticks...not giving a proper diagnosis but going by what's told. You usually smell the clutch "burning", hopefully never the tranny lol....
