DFW tuning

Hey guys I am looking for someone to tune my bolt on 98 camaro in the DFW area ( the closer to Greenville/Rockwall the better)...Not looking for a dyno tune at the moment since it will be receiving more mods later. A street tune or someone who does "canned" tunes locally.
I would use Frost but he is hard to get a hold of and its just easier for me to talk to someone then it is to type what I need done since I am a noob to tuning.

I wouldnt waste the money on bolt ons (headers, cai, exhaust) wait till you get heads or a cam and then do a dyno tune.

Car is running too rich and I cant buy heads and cam at the moment so I plan to do this temporarily until I can get the heads, cam and converter

How do you know it is running too rich? You have a wideband on it?
