Did anyone hear what happened this weekend when OKC boys came to Kennedale?

 

I was at Kennadale Friday when they were making test hits, had some friends there on Sunday that told me about them being out there still. Friday night they had the cameras out and filming. Seems they were in town all weekend. Did we miss something? Only thing I heard was on Sunday they were called out for a 2500$ race that they declined to accept.

 

They showed up at Redline on Sat.. I don't know what all when down.

 

The word Friday night was they were in town to make test hits on the down low. They were soft hits on Friday, Chief went a 6.0 on the pass I saw. I think they showed his time on accident.

 

The Nova caught on fire.

 

Damn that sucks!!! I don't care if you like someone or not... You never want to hear about someone's car catching on fire.

 

Which car called out who for $2500?

 

TT in the green nova called out murder. Murder will be rolling pretty good once he gets it ironed out.

 

They are down here in Houston, now, from what I've heard.

 

Okay that makes sense now, seems I heard while they were here they were getting ready for a no prep race down there. Is there a no prep racing going on this weekend?

 

Something like that. I'm going to go hang out. It's Friday night. Going to be a cluster F because it's the first time the folks doing the even are making it happen and it should still be a blast.

 

Hmm I guess I don't know the car. Been down there quite a few times on Friday nights racing Outlaw Top Sportsman.

 

Wonder if they will be in sealy at the track or just out on the street?

 

That's it? Are those 1/8th mile times? Damn that is slow considering how much power it's (supposed to be) putting down. I thought okc had the fastest "street cars" on the planet?

 

That does make sense because I've heard on yellow bullet that chucks white mustang runs 6.0 in the 1/8th (even though the hot rod article claims it runs much faster which is BS), and chuck beat chief by a fender.
