Default For everyone that sells in the classifieds

Little rant.
If you have something posted in the classifieds and you know you will be swamped at work or home and can't get it shipped out anytime soon. Don't say you will ship it the next day. I understand stuff comes up. It's a part of life. I usually tell people it will be 2-3 days before I can ship the item. 99% of the Time ill ship it the next day. I just want some lead way just incase something happens and I can't ship it then.
I have bought probably 20 items off here in the past month and a half. One of them I'm still waiting on from over a month ago. I bought a item a couple weeks ago and the guy said he could ship it the next day and would send me a tracking number. 4 days later I send him a message asking for the tracking number. He said the item was returned to his house and he would get it shipped back out ASAP. A week later still no tracking. I send him a few messages with no reply. He has time to log in every day but no time to reply. Finally he send me a message and says it ships. 2 weeks later.
The last thing I buy on here I was told they would ship within 3 days and I would get a tracking. A week later still nothing. Finally I message him and he replys he has been busy. I understand that. He said he could refund my Money or ship them out the next day. I told him I would rather have the parts if they would go out ASAP. That was 3-4 day ago still no tracking. Most of us are adults here. All I'm saying is be a man of your word. Like I have said. Stuff happens. Just communicate atleast.

Did you pay asking price on any of those items?

If you Jew the guy down and beat him up on price. I don't blame him for acting an *** when it comes to shipping.

But like you.

I always say, I'll get it out in the next few days.

I have forgot to send tracking numbers at times. But item is already on the way so no big deal.

But lately I find it best to just take a picture and send it Their way.

Communication is the most important thing when buying selling and shipping online.

I don't get that logic, if you don't like my offer than say "NO"
But to accept my offer than drag your feet on shipping out the item I promptly pay for is BS!

I don't get that logic.

If you can't afford a part don't buy it.

Don't try and low ball and haggle till its in your price range.

No saying there isn't bad sellers.

But I buy and sell more than most.

And I have more problems with the wanna be/potential buyer. Than anyone else.

Yea I agree with this. I will throw a low offer out there. Unless it's a smoking deal already. If you don't like my offer say no. Not a big deal. People low ball me all the time. I don't get offended. I have always been told everything in life is negotiable besides taxes and death. To each is their own though.

No offense but dumbest thing I have read all day. If we agree on a price, ship my ****. If not you have the right to tell me **** off with my low ball offer and eat a bag of baby dicks...just saying.

If the buyer tries to haggle too much, don't sell. Nobody is forcing you. Pretty simple.

Dragging your feet for weeks after agreeing on a price is bullshit. Simple stuff, too.

To the op, I agree 100% but we aren't all from Texas. Especially east Texas. Grew up in Splendora, looks like Your from Cleveland. Some good folks up in the piney woods.

You still make no sense "If I cant afford a part don't buy it", WTF is that supposed to mean?
I have made some great deals on parts and cars by haggling, its not that I cant afford it I just know how to make the best of my dollars.
Again if the seller doesn't like my offer than just say NO, easy enough. But accept my offer and take your sweet *** time to ship something I purchased no matter what the price is just plain stupidity.

If you want good service.

There are shops that can and will provide that.

But it does cost money.

If you are cheap and would rather buy pars from jackasses on ls1 tech. Then **** does in fact happen.

Get over that ****.

Pay more next time. Or get used to it and stop bitching.

For the most part I have had really good luck buying parts online. Buying from a shop doesn't guarantee it will get here quick. It is a lot better than it used to be, but I waited 2 weeks for POR15 ordered thru Amazon recently, and their third party vendor just didn't ship.
