Bone stock SS ran that in -2000DA. This will not be the norm for 6gen cars. Another SS ran 12.5-12.7 in +1500DA. Will be driver's race between GT and SS

Drivers race? The norm I see for GTs is mid to low 13s so I would say hardly.

Then they are slow. I ran 12.46 in my 2015 GT with catback only.

Well I got a stock 16' GT if he wants to line them up from a dig on the street. Only one way to find out lol. If they truly run 11.9 then he should gap the **** out of me

Agreed. The rivalry is in full swing. It only makes both cars faster from the factory

With a 1.85 60' in great DA.

That camaro you're referring to did 12.5 with a 2.1 in 1500 DA.

Your car with a 2.1 in 1500 DA ain't doing a 12.5

And neither is mine mine will do a 12.8 with a 2.1 in 1500
Multiple times I have gotten 12.8 with a 2.1 on a street tire in over 1000 DA

And still the SS is a 2SS with a 225 on driver. Cannnot wait to see what a bare bones SS does with a crack head built 100 pound driver. It still has been 11.9 and no bone stock base GT or challenger V8 can say that.

This is just a quick YouTube search for 2015 mustang. A ton of them in the mid to low 13s and some in the high 12s with a best of a mid 12. That is way off the pace of the new SS.

I'm not trying to start **** but I have ford guys acting like every coyote is a 12.20 car bone stock and they are so far from that number it isn't funny. The Camaro is simply back and swinging harder than ever in base V8 form.

Here is a 13.1:

Best was a 13.4

13.3:

The 6gen SS is definitely a vast improvement over the 5th gens. Giving props where it is due. They came out swinging.

But the best part, I cannot wait to see what ford, and even the shitty *** dodge respond with. Should be pretty bad ***.

No doubt a track pack car should be at least high 12s, every automatic S550 I have seen stock in person has run nothing higher or lower than a 12.9

Sounding like the quietest car ever made.

But unfortunately many mustang 5.0 are driven by in experienced kids who run 13s.

If I were to own a 5.0, it would be a 2014 automatic with a 3.15 gear with red paint and a Paxton

I would like to see how it will do. Seat of the pants tells me mid to low 12s. 😎
