That's what I thought, too. Just looking for some reassurance, I guess... Still had the two pending, but got it inspected today.

2 pending will pass, 3 pending will fail

Back in 2008 this was correct info. I don't think it has changed.

2000 and older - 2 not readies and it will still pass as long as there isn't a hard code set and the MIL light isn't on.

2001 and newer - same as above but only allowed one not ready.
