Thanks Zach.... You can come see It when it warms up a bit... Perhaps you can help me install the Strano's Bilsteins, PHR,LCAS'... lol... Cleaned it up yesterday and drove it awhile. This car is one of the nicest I have owned. The interior is an 11 of 10... It is truly that nice. The "tan" t top shades have never been used and are still in bags along with the tan SS floor mats... "SCORE"!! I simply cannot bring myself to begin dismantling things on this car. I am going to wait until I have ALL of what I am wanting to do.
( stall, cam, heads, headers, fast, etc) The ONLY thing I am doing is an SLP 2.5 in Y into the factory manifolds (cats), Borla, SLP CAI... That's it.. Of course along with suspension and some 17x11's... On average this car was only driven 4500 to 5K miles per year. I figured being a Michigan car it would be rusted badly underneath. It is not. Cleaned it up yesterday..

Back before they killed off the F-bodies in '02, I was having a conversation with a friend and he said he couldn't believe the cars weren't selling because they were every where. Imagine in the southern states that was the case that they sold well, but probably not as much in the snowier states. In Texas they were such popular cars, I agree, you hardly ever see them anymore. Every once in a while you'll see a V6 car hobbling along clinging to the last ounces of life. But the V8 cars, hardly ever. Most I do see are usually not in much better shape than aforementioned V6 cars, pretty trashed and high mile at this point. So is the case seeing as it's been 16 years since the last ones were made. Most got used up as daily drivers, wrecked, trashed, parted out, etc.
