damn never heard of that, i think that more people would run from the cops, i know i would if they were gonna crush my ss. yeah they don't have "peeling out" as "racing" that would be under "excessive wheel spin" this one ******** cop told me i had excessive wheel spin with my traction control on

"excessive wheel spin", "peeling out" its all the same, just worded different with each department. Some cities have gone to the extent of charging you with an city ordinance, instead of charging with street racing. The plus is that you wont go to jail, but the ord. will be a heavy fee.
I work in Tolerant County, I mean Tarrant County, my bad. Our DA's our ruthless and wont accept most of the street racing charges unless there is an accident or near-accident experience associated. But each county and DA for that matter are different, so just go some place where the police and citizens arent there.
