Heard of a new Texas law

Heard of a new Texas law I dont know if its true or not but i heard from someone that Texas was thinking about passing a new street racing law. If your caught street racing they take you to jail, impound your car and what they would do is they will take a picture of your car and mail it to you then they will take a picture after they crush it into a cube and send it to you. Can anyone tell me that this is true ?

Um, they better start a fund for all the lawsuits that will result from that. Try and destroy my car when I haven't killed anyone with it. I'll go postal and THEN they'll have a real reason to throw my *** behind bars.

I hope not, not that I street race anymore but that would be bull **** if the street racing punushment was more harsh then a DWI. I know they impound your car and it is a 6 month license suspention if you get caught now. But that would be total bull ****

I know where i live theres a Zero Tolerance Policy or something like that. If you get caught, they jail you and impound your car, as far as crushing them....seems to far fetched.

To clarify things a bit....street racing, and "peeling out", has been bumped up to a Class B misdemeanor, since about Sept 2003. Class B is punishable up to 180 days in jail and a $1000 fine. Im not sure if your license would be suspended, thats up to the boys in Austin. And as far impounded your car; this will probably happen if your're arrested, but for crushing your car, total . Getting arrested by this law all depends how much of a ***** you are. I generally warn them about the new law, because most people are unaware, and give them a verbal warning.

yeah my friend was caught street racing and they took in to jail, impounded his car. but i think there would be such a huge outrage to that law that it would be almost impossible to do it. whoever started that rumor should be kicked in the *****

If you do...do not forget that after they crush your car...they impregnate your wife/gf and send you the **** video they made during the gangbang the police dept had with them
