Just remember, Mech Engineering is one of the toughest fields out there! just wait till you get to go through 3 or maybe 4 levels of calculus you never thought existed

you will have a blast, tons of parties and beautiful women

as for dorms, not to sure what to tell you on that, i can ask my buddies that attend up there and see what they think

i just got out of my intro to ME class, it seams easy. you have to go to calc 3 not bad. i just got here this semester but i do have soph. credits. i'm in bledsoe, no A/C but not bad and good local, and cheap. if you like computers look into one of those or mechanical engineering technology, im just too lazy to change my mager. also with only one extra math class you can get a minor in math which is helpful.

I don't know how far you'll get towards a Mechanical Engineering degree not knowing how to spell mechanical... but good luck!

I was in Bledsoe (back in the 1980s!!) and it was good enough. I also got my BSME in 1991 and it can be very tough if you have to work at all. I had to work full time and go to school full time and I didn't have the best grades coming out but that didn't matter after a couple of years of work. If you have to get some kind of job for extra $$, get something that will allow you to read or something so you can use the time for school too. Also, you'll do just about everything in town that is worthwhile by the end of your sophmore year. Which is good because it'll make you study more rather than go party every night (which you can still do anyway).

I should ask: for anyone out there right now, I need to get another small TTU/ME sticker for my truck. If any of the ME guys out there know who I need to call to get one, let me know. Thanks!
