Well, the verdict is in: Guilty of Neg. Homicide.
Punishment: 9 1/2 years probation w/ optional 6 months in jail if Judge decides to put him there......

Accident maybe , but not intentional. Why would a cop try to kill a 14 year old on purpose. If he did kick him in the groin and was 220 lbs then im sure it hurt, and the cop felt threatend when he grabbed behind his back. What the hell does quantill x have to do with this. He is nothing but a racist and i really dont see what he going to do, that the court wont. I say get over the race crap. I think he is inoccent , nobody wants the responsibility of knowing they killed a 14 year old on their mind. Life in prison youve got to be kidding me.
