Question State inspection County?

If you are registered in an emissions county can you get your car tested in another country that is also emmissions tested for Houston?

Jack been there,done that....Owned a 76 TA mullet mobile over there with 3:08 12 bolt 400, and a nice th350 with ratchet.....talk about turning heads....installed a cutout just for wot on the autobahn......

not quite because noone here knows how to drive and you can't find a open section of road for mroe then 1/2 mile ever! sooo fustrating

here that. Sometimes 45 north has some really nice sections of road early in the morning.
