Yeah I am pretty faithfull to MTI for taking care of most of my customers (Customers still have the final say.)tuning needs and parts if they need it right away cause they do keep quite a bit in stock. Other wise I usually mail order and save a few dollars. Jayson as it is spelled Jordan LOL is very good with tuning and just a nice guy to talk with about anything if he is not to busy etc... David and Jeff (MTI sales and customer service guys.) are very good at trying to make you leave a happy customer. I am sure that some will disagree and have had some kind of bad experience with them, but when you are in the service business and you deal with the amount of people they do the saying that you just can't please them all is true, and I am sure this goes for any other shops also. Hope everyone is happy with there shops guys see you around town.

MTI or HPE. I have had both good and bad experiences with MTI. Come Feb. 18th I will have HPE do my cam, timing chain, intake, TB, and tune. I will let you know how they do. I have talked with them a lot over the phone and have been there a couple of times in person and they seem to be very customer friendly. Not that I don't like MTI but I am just kind of bitter with the service at this moment.

I use Icon Autosports because Mike was really helpful and patient when my transmission needed to be rebuilt. Since then the only time I haven't used them is when they were busy and couldn't get to my car. I haven't had a very good experience anywhere else though, so I'll have to learn to be more patient.

I have been going to MTI since 1997. I have never had a problem with customer service. Jayson and David are great people. I know sometimes techs, being human, can make a mistake or forget something, but I know that MTI will make it right if it happens. I am faithful if I get good customer service, so I always go to MTI. Have been for 7 or 8 years now.

HPE preferrably, since it's probably the closest to my house. And I know they will back up their products.

MTI! Jayson, David and the crew are really great guys. And when it comes to tuning Jayson is the best!

Peace,
Craig.

I'm giving another vote for MTI. I have never been disappointed with their operation. Always top-notch. They really try to help you out. I've been able to get the right advice from David, Jayson, etc and I always leave there with a big smile , knowing I'll be back soon! In the next coming weeks/months, I'm looking to get the Stealth II cam from them and have Jayson tune my car just right. It's also cool just going up there to check out what's going on, who's car is there and anything new to look at.

I find my parts where they are cheapest, do the work myself, do my own tuning, and call it a day! I would probably use speed demon or HPE if I had to though!
