They had the intake off twice to repair/replace the wiring harness to correct an SES code. I put over 3000 miles on that motor from the time I put it back to stock before selling it. Speed Demon was the last ones to have their hands in there. It was delivered to Angus/Brad shortly after I got it back from them. If there was anything rattling around in the intake, then they would most certainly have found it among the two times they had it apart (at least you'd think so). That bolt looks pretty generic for external engine parts including the EGR valve.

It looks like a bolt you'd use for exhaust collectors to bolt the 3 bolt flanges together!
