Actually I was going to, but I didn't want to obstruct my rearview mirror since I plan on towing with it.



My mod list in the immediate future include:


New tires (these are not in that great of shape)

Bigger side mirrors, can't see **** with the ones on it now

Build a custom sub box for my el'cheapo Jensen subs I already have or find a cheap alternative

BIG rubber floor mats

Find some better looking wheels

Alarm w/ remote start/turbo timer & maybe some other bells & whistles

Level it out



Later down the line mods:

Paint matched door handles & mirrors & perhaps some other body parts

A power adding controler like the Banks, Edge, or Bully Dog. I like the new Edge that is scheduled for release in June, it also has GPS & some other goodies all in one unit.

Maybe a new head unit with DVD player but that will be WAY down the line I'm sure.....got some other things slated for the TA that take priority

 

I haven't told you this yet but that's a good looking truck you have there. What about a billet grill?

Yeah I'll probably do something with the grill, just need to see what all is out there in the aftermarket with these trucks. I don't want it to look just like everyone else's truck with the typical stuff.

Mark I don't see why you can't consider the tech sticker a mod whenever the ricers do. I'm sure that sticker made it a .10 faster. lol...

Probably not too much different after they rolled the -equity from the Mazda B3000 & me not putting a down payment.....

 

My truck is slow, but we can line em up to see what they do....you got the weight advantage most likely.

 

Nice truck. I have a 2001 Duramax. I suggest the chip, intake and exhuast. I have a 4" exhuast and it sounds mean I had a 90 HP bullydog on it and the truck went from a 16.7 to a 15.2. Not bad for 5 minutes worth of work.

 

That truck is HUGE!!! Nice of you to stop by the shop today.
