Brandon a website is not a company. Although the site makes almost 6 figures a year it is not a company and if I remember correctly users were leaving LS1.com and coming over here posting how LS1.com sucked, etc... A BUISNESS strives on new customers and customers leaving their current suppliers. Why do I know this? My family owns a VERY large computer company here in Houston where we survive on that, and can we also do lose customers to other competitors.. Its the buisness game.. That is what he is getting at.

MTI (AKA---JASON) Has been tuning these late model cars the longest and has been around alot longer then most of the other "come and go" shops. I think he does a nice job. Its getting an appt to get it tuned is sometimes the case but he know's his ls1's/lt1's no doubt!!!!

You do remember correct. Certain influential members here were posting on ls1.com to come and check out ls1tech.com.

Boyd Coddington had been building Hot Rods longer than Chip Foose. Does that mean he is automatically better at it than Chip? Nope.

When it comes to getting your car worked on by a shop, you need to think about these things while narrowing your choices down.

1. Who's a proven performer w/ good customer service records? (Eliminate those who don't fit the description.)
2. Who's within a practical distance? (Eliminate the shops who aren't.)
3. (Big factor for most people.) Who's got the most competitive prices?

If a site brings in a income, I would consider it a Internet company , business whatever you want to call it. I sure uncle sam see it that way. I maybe wrong. but sorry for high jac or the thread.

to get your name out their, to offer more for less. to one day have enough business to open another shop and start a chain, to be the best, to have your name spoken in the world that you do as A-1, the top dog,

my impression of MTI, their fat, full, no hunger, could care less if you came to them or went else where, happy with what they have, no need for more.

my impression of G Force, hungry, wanting more, willing to work with you, yearning to expand, to be top dog of the tuning world.

Walmart has taught us, a business that is satisfied can not compete with a business that is hungry and wanting more.

this is my personal opinion
sorry if i high jacked the thread, did not mean too.

I must have slept though this lecture on business 101...

Woudnt say thats the greatest....

To provide what others dont. To seperate.

Every business owner needs to remember that all successful business stands on the foundation of morality.

What do you do for a living? Just curious.

Thats funny i don't remember taking the tps sensor off the tb for a hc install. The wire arching was fixed after start up, have you ever worked with taylor wires? i'm not going to jump all over your post anymore because anyone that looks at your car (ex. the 12 bolt install, the birds nest i mean nitrous install) will realize that you are lacking in the mechanical judgement department...

The loyal customers you have are more than welcome to post replies in your direction, but it just looks kinda bad when shop owners jump in and beat their drum too.

Didn't see Mike @ Icon reply in here.
Didn't see Chuck @ HPE reply in here.
etc....

I'm sure you would think it was kinda lame if someone posted a thread asking about G-Force specifically and all of the MTI leghumpers jumped in and Jayson jumped in and tried to bang their drums. Right? Thats my only point in this thread.

Notice I haven't even mentioned any of my preferences for shops. I'm neutral

Tony= Shop *****! Just kidding Tony.
