go with the 11's in the rear. you can't go wrong with a big, fat and meaty tire in the back.

You will love the 11's

Fat F-bodies need fat tires.

I had the 11's in the rears before with some Eagle F1's and the car looked mean as hell it's just that every time I cornered if would rub on the inside of my quarte panel and it made some gashes in the tires. I know i can roll my fenders in somehow ok so far so good!

Yeah I went with 17x9.5 all the way around TT2s. I of course drive about 100 miles a day so its good for rotation, but man it would look alot better with 11's out back!!

I went with 9.5s all the way around. I don't want to modify my fenders to eliminate rubbing. It still looks good. See attached pic:

Go with the 17X11 in the rear. If you get the 50mm offset you shouldn't have any problems with the tire hitting the quarter panel. My TTII's are 45mm offset so they stick out a little bit further than the ZR1's.

I have 11's if I could do it again I would get 9.5's cause MT doesnt make there new Drag Radial in a 315. I had to settle for BFG's.

only place to get TTII's is from rons rims i got mine for less than $1,000 new from american racing.

i got nitto 315 drag radials for cheaper SHIPPED than discount tire direct's prices were on their website, and this was from a board sponser! ( Todd@prodyno )

and i got the cheapest 255/45/r17 tires at discount tire for the front, i wanted them to be narrow looking on my 9.5 fronts to set off the rears.

i came out paying about $1600 for my whole setup.

315/35/r17 nitto drags are some of the narrowest 315 tires, the 315 GS-D3's on Arachnotron's car are some of the widest. when you get the wheels in, and look at the 17x11's you will say "no damn way that beast will fit on my car", but it does. mine do'nt rub or anything.

with staggaring the sizes, you loose the ability to rotate, but you can run different tires. my front tires are cheap with AWESOME treadwear rating (hard as nails) and just look cool, while my backs hookup awesome and are pretty cheap. dont have to find a middle ground when selecting tires.
